Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in Australia only.

Cost: free tracked shipping on every order.
Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery: most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of dispatch. Remote and rural areas can take a little longer.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Order hasn't arrived?
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at hellodroolypup@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
