Refund policy

30-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us at hellodroolypup@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to pay any postage.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank.

Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
